Marco Donnarumma has been immersed in music production for more than 10 years, refining his sound as Erotic Cafe' across a string of releases while imagining the less obvious places he could take drum & bass with the right platform. In NËU Music he found the perfect label to share his experimental vision, first demonstrated on the Origin Of Chaos EP in 2023 and now fully realised with this expansive, dramatic statement of an album. Since it emerged some 30 years ago, drum & bass has always been a playground for experimentation, but over time there are less major breakthroughs taking place in the genre. While D&B is the solid foundation on which Erotic Cafe' builds his music, he has set out with a very clear purpose to deliver something different.
